No-knead bread
My easiest recipe to get the best bread. You will need to have a thick casserole/’Dutch oven’ that can go inside of your oven.
You can mix in multiple types of flour. I used wholegrain spelt in the photo but you can add some rhye as well.
When using dry yeast, half a teaspoon of it is enough.
| 325ml water at body temperature | stir wet mixture | |
| 5g yeast | + a bit of the water activate for 10 mins | |
| 425g flour (spelt/wheat/rhye) wholegrain or white | ||
| 1 tablespoon of salt |
| ⏳ Let it rise for 9 to 12 hours |
| Heat oven to 230°C WITH Dutch oven inside | ||||||
| parchment paper | pour dough | fold into ball | add scoring cuts | carefully lift dough on paper into it | bake 30mins WITH lid | bake 10-15 mins more WITHOUT lid for nice crust |
| some flour | ||||||
| Take out Dutch oven | ||||||
