No-knead bread

My easiest recipe to get the best bread. You will need to have a thick casserole/’Dutch oven’ that can go inside of your oven.

You can mix in multiple types of flour. I used wholegrain spelt in the photo but you can add some rhye as well.

When using dry yeast, half a teaspoon of it is enough.

No-knead bread (5 mins of work in total + waiting time)
325ml water at body temperaturestir wet mixture
5g yeast+ a bit of the water
activate for 10 mins
425g flour (spelt/wheat/rhye)
wholegrain or white
1 tablespoon of salt
⏳ Let it rise for 9 to 12 hours
Heat oven to 230°C WITH Dutch oven inside
parchment paperpour doughfold into balladd scoring cutscarefully lift dough
on paper into it
bake 30mins WITH lidbake 10-15 mins more
WITHOUT lid for nice crust
